Andy & Megyn Avedisian – Owners, Fleet Feet Birmingham

Andy and Megyn moved to Birmingham in the summer of 2007. Andy joined the staff at Fleet Feet John’s Creek, Georgia in 2003 and moved to Birmingham in 2007 to open the doors of Fleet Feet Sports Birmingham.

Andy grew up in Winter Park, FL and graduated from Georgia Southern University with a degree in Business. He has a passion for service and enjoys helping others feel better on their feet so they may have a healthier life and become more active. Andy enjoys running with friends, spending time with his family, learning about biomechanics, riding dirt bikes and he has a crazy habit of keeping cars really clean.

Megyn grew up in Brookhaven, MS and graduated from Mississippi College with a degree in Christian Studies. She is involved in all behind the scenes aspects of the store including buying apparel, merchandising the store and helping with special events. She enjoys being a full-time mom to their boys, Michael and Drew, spending time with family & friends, running, cooking and decorating.

Eric & Deanna Swope – Associates since 2008

Eric and Deanna relocated from Colorado in June 2008. Eric is a full-time Art Teacher and Cross Country & Track Coach for Homewood Middle School. He graduated from Delta State University in Cleveland, MS with a degree in Art Education and also competed on the school’s Cross Country team. Eric also holds a Master Degree in Curriculum and Instruction from the University of Colorado. He enjoys being part of the running community in Birmingham and you can find him on the local trails coaching No Boundaries, racing, or running with his loyal training partner, Kaya, an Australian Shepherd/Collie mix.

Deanna is originally from Greenville, MS and graduated from Delta State University with a degree in Biological Sciences. She is the Director of Marketing for Fleet Feet Sports and a full-time mom to their kids, Reed & Paige. She enjoys spending time with family & friends, going to the gym, traveling, reading, shopping and good coffee.

Brian Hulbert – Associate since 2008

Brian is in his 2nd year with Fleet Feet Birmingham. He is a New York native now living in Birmingham with his wife, Kimberly and two daughters, Abigail and Madalyn. The 5th member of the family is 11 year old yellow lab Bailey.

Brian is an AFAA certified personal trainer as well as a spinning instructor. When not working at Fleet Feet, training clients or teaching spin classes, Brian enjoys spending time with his family as well as training for and competing in triathlons.

Jennifer Ross – Associate since 2008

Jen joined Fleet Feet's team in July of 2008, after relocating to Birmingham from Orlando, FL. She lives in Hoover, with her husband, son, and dog. Jen graduated from the University of Central Florida in 2002, with a degree in Interpersonal Communication. After a few years in "Corporate America," Jen is now a stay-at-home mom during the week, and a Fitlospher on Saturdays.

She enjoys spending time with her family, running, reading, politics, and being outdoors. Her favorite teams are the University of Florida Gators, Orlando Magic, and Seattle Seahawks. One of her most favorite things to do, is take her 8 month old son for a run in the B.O.B stroller. Along with her husband, a triathlete, she is a huge advocate for a healthy lifestyle.

Greg Stein – Associate since 2009

Scott Neuberger - Associate since 2009

Scott Neuberger was born and raised in Homewood, AL. He graduated from Homewood High School in 2009. He was on the varsity football team his senior year and soon after began running. He ran his first half marathon in Febuary of 2009. Some of his interests include, but are not limited to running, various forms of cross training, trying out new running shoes, college football, being at the beach, walking with his dog, and a good tv show or movie.

Vickie Willinbrock - Associate since 2010

Vickie began working part-time at Fleet Feet in March. For years she had been a loyal customer of Fleet Feet John’s Creek in GA. In 2007, Vickie relocated to Birmingham from Atlanta with her husband, Scott. She is a full-time Mom to their 3 children, Kate, Zach and Josh. Vickie enjoys running, biking, yoga and going on family camping and beach trips. She is a graduate of the University of Alabama with a BS degree in Business Management and a MA degree in Human Resources Management.
